Noelle’s passion for the beauty/wellness industry began in 1989 as a licensed professional and has specialized in eyelash extensions since 2005. Her expansive career in the industry supplies her clients with a vast knowledge of treatments, products, and services. Noelle’s goal is to deliver the highest possible client satisfaction by providing strong customer service. She is a lifelong resident of South Orange County and mother of three grown children. In her free time she attends college working on obtaining a Bachelor’s degree Anthropology.
